I would like to send back my money from paypal to my bankaccounf. I get always the same message. "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. " What should i do? I don t have any limit

Have you added and confirmed the bank account with the 4 digit code?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in the correct currency of your country?
