Dear Community members,

Can you please find the time to clarify my 3 questions? 

How can I receive money on Paypal for services rendered from my website? How can I obtain a referral/affiliate link to advertise Paypal? I noticed today that an unauthorised payment of $4.99 was deducted from my account. Though very small I want to be refunded in full. Please advise.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you've run into an unauthorized transactions on PayPal. If you see the transaction on your PayPal Activity, you can try reporting it through our Resolution Center with the details listed here: How do I report unauthorized activity?

Unfortunately, PayPal does not have an affiliate or referral program, but you can find details on how to Receive money through PayPal here.
