Card has been declined

I'm trying to link my card but it says "Your card has been declined. Please try a different payment method.". Please fix this I can't use my PayPal due to this problem.

Suggest you try another card then or talk to your card issuer to see why it was declined?

Why is my card being declined when I have money on PayPal?
If your debit or credit card was declined, check to see if: Your card is expired or out of date—if the card you have on file doesn't have your current billing address or is expired it will be declined.
