Cannot confirm my debit card

I linked my debit card but I dont know how to confirm it because it needs a 4-digit code which I dont know where to get since it doesnt have a bank statement like a credit card. How will I confirm it? Also, upon checking, I already got charged. Anyone knows?

If its a debit and not a credit card then it will show on your bank account statement.
