I'm sure this has been asked before, responses have been cryptic for a straightforward question as I have seen in this. My question is can I load all my gift cards on my PayPal balance so I can make a large purchase with 1 payment? Instead of using multiple cards to make multiple payments? If yes how ? If no why ? It seems simple enough for a payment source company.
