Can't add credit card to an account

I removed credit card from my another account and now i cant link it to my current one i get a notification saying its still linked to another account when its not

I am sorry to know that you're facing issues issued while adding a card. Sometimes, it takes a little longer time for the system to unlink the card from your current PayPal account. In this case, I would recommend you to wait for some time up to 72 hours, and then try again. If the issue persists, kindly reach out to our customer support team through the available contact options by clicking on Help and contact on our website so that our advisors can try to fix that for you.
