Remove visa card from another account

I cant add my visa card because paypal says that is in another account. The card is mine «, it is in my possession, how can i remove it and add it to my accont ?

I do understand your concern with this. If you are receiving this error, it would mean your card may be either currently or previously linked to another PayPal account. This may be an old account of yours, or maybe a friend or family member used your card.
