I tried to add my bank account and it said there is an error or something and couldn't get informations for it

I do understand your concern with this. It sounds like you may be experiencing an issue with our internal secuirty system when trying to add your bank account.
I would suggest you clear your cache and cookies, or try again using an alternative browser. Sometimes the system just needs time to reset.
