I believe the problem is with Maya. My last successful transfer was on 5/11/24. Then, on 5/21/24, they did system maintenance. I tried transferring funds after that (05/22/24) and was advised to link a card na and that Maya daw (both physical and virtual card numbers) can't be used for transfers. I did some more digging—Paypal and Maya are still partnering pa naman, as are Paypal and Gcash. Gcash transfers work just fine, but Maya doesn't, so the issue is with Maya. Bombard Maya with questions through their app chat until you get someone who cares enough to escalate the issue to their tech team.
