I have recently received a payment for a digital item but unfortunately, the money was put on hold. I'm not a new PayPal seller (been using it for a few months now), though I do use it occassionaly as I don't sell often. I was suggested to verify the transaction status as "complete", so I can get my money in the next 3-7 days. However, I'm worried I'll have to wait 21 days which cannot happen because I need to pay off a few things.
My question is, will I have any issues with receiving the money after a week? Also, does not having a bank account/card linked to my PayPal affect the time of the hold at all? I seriously can't risk waiting 3 weeks for a payment that isn't even big.
