Hope someone can shed some light on this.
I ordered from several businesses and paid with PayPal. My PayPal transactions show the funds going through and everything says complete. The items have been posted out
However, it appears that my bank account went over (it's not supposed to be able to do that). So the bank has now pulled back some of the funds back into my account that should never have been released.
So my question is - did the businesses get their money for the goods?
Paypal's chat says that if it reads "complete" then they did get their money. But those funds were pulled back into my account from somewhere.
Any advice is appreciated
