I want to add money to my paypal account using debit card to remove negative balance on my account. As I reside in india only option to add funds in my paypal account by debit or credit card link to my paypal account & I want to add funds in my paypal to remove negative balance on my paypal account please tell me details for how I can add funds in my paypal account by using my debit Card
