I'm using Odoo v16 to receive the PayPal bank feed. When I make a mass payment, Odoo pulls in one line item for each individual transaction in the mass payment. That part is great. But PayPal also sends an additional line item for the total value of the mass payment.
When I I look at the transaction detail report, PayPal shows a "Hold on Available Balance" for the total value. Then for each individual transaction, it shows the amount of the payment and a corresponding "Reversal of General Account Hold". This makes the account balance properly. But when the bank feed is pulled into PayPal, it's only showing the "hold" and not the "reversal of the hold".
I have to delete the extra transaction a few times in Odoo, and eventually PayPal gives up sending it to the accounting software. This is a frustrating glitch that I can't get PayPal to acknowledge.
