I need my money out of this paypal account

I NEED MY MONEY OUT NOW. I have a us paypal I had asked my sister at the time to create for me with her SSN and her US address she was on a work permit program at the time. Now I don't have supporting documents due to that on my paypal. I created the account as I had hopes to register a business in US so I can get a proper SSN and US address. Now I have been using the paypal account to conduct business as a freelancer my employer has sent funds to the paypal and I can not get the funds out I can't transfer my funds to another paypal as its asking me for chooing payment method. When I try to add my payoneer bank account paypal refuses it. When I try to add my payoneer card paypal refuses it as the address on my card is different from the address I have on the paypal due to the above mentioned origin of this paypal account. I try to send by check it's asking for payment method which is redundant seeing there is already a balance in the paypal account.I need to get my funds from this paypal and cancel this account. These idiots of yours went into my account and removed my payoneer banking details from another paypal account that was functioning fine .

Firstly you broke paypal rules by asking someone else to open a paypal account for you.

Secondly you then used another countries paypal account again against Paypal rules.

Thirdly Paypal does not support Wise / Payoneer (or any other virtual banks).
Whilst you can sometimes add an account it wouldn't work properly and Paypal advise you against trying.
Lastly I think I know who the idiot is and very much doubt you will be able to access funds from another countries paypal account.
