Transferred money is not recieved yet in my ovo bank even though Paypal says 'transfer completed'

I have transferred money to my local bank ovo in INDONESIA, the transaction has completed on 4th october 2022 at 10:58 PM, but no money is deposited yet, my ovo bank tells me nothing is showing up and I asking me to contact PayPal, I did try but no help there, I got directed to her instead

I'm sorry to hear that you don't see the funds in your account. Once the transfer shows up in the "Complete" status on your activity page, that means we've processed your transfer. A transfer to a bank account typically completes in 1 business day, but it can take up to 5-6 business days depending on your bank’s clearing process.
