Hello, I am trying to transfer money from my debit card to my PayPal balance which my PayPal debit card uses. I am getting "We’re having trouble with this transaction" error when trying to do so. They only way I can transfer is a 5 day wait directly from my bank.
Good morning @mnt-lolcat. I had the same technical difficulty. I did reach out to support over the phone.[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] According to rep. it was blocked by security function . I had to wait 12 hours and try 1 time only. If it did not work , I was advised to call again.
