I understand your concern about the refund not reflecting in your account. According to the IRS, most refunds are issued in less than 21 days from the filing of a return. Once the refund gets processed, it will be added automatically to your balance and you’ll receive a notification via email. More information about receiving tax refund with PayPal can be found here.
