Check the email address you sent the funds to and make sure it was the sellers correct email address without any spelling errors or typos.

I have a similar problem. Purchased vinyl records from seller in Australia on Ebay. Almost immediately they refunded overpaid postage which shows as complete in my paypal account but, has not reached my bank account. This was over two weeks ago. Paypal AI is pathetic. Another attempt at trying to communicate with an agent was the same. I am giving them until March 22nd, and it this payment is not in my bank I am opening an issue with UK trading standards. There is also a UK tv programme called Rip Off Britain, which I will be contacting them too. This payment is well over £100 and I am not letting it go.

Consider starting your own thread and not hijacking @LM117  thread?

Yours is a refund which is a totally different issue than the original posters issue and they may want to come back for more advice so your post would confuse the issue.

Then you can go and contact Rip off Britain as you don't appear to want our advice?
