Refunds pending payments

How can I return payments that I have received while they are on hold? I tried to press the return button but this message appears: You do not have sufficient balance to complete this refund.

I understand you want to refund a payment which is on hold. There are no fees to issue the refund but the fees you paid as a seller to receive the payment is not returnable. Since the fees are not refunded, you should have enough balance to cover the payment sent by the buyer not the payment you received to issue the refund.
