Refund not the wright amount

I have received a refund for a non delivery order. However the amount that I have received is less than the amount that I have paid. I did not received the shiping expenses. What can I do?

Normally, if you win a dispute, the amount refunded is based off of the amount disputed. If the two amounts vary, please reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
