Funds not showing up

I sent some funds to some through PayPal but it hasn’t reflected in my account it says the balance is at $0.00 still and I don’t see where my money is. I’ve been using PayPal to transfer funds when I’m doing online shopping so what’s the problem?

Welcome! Thanks for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. Sorry to hear you've run into some issues using PayPal recently. Just to make sure I understand, did you send money to someone else or did you add money to your PayPal account? Both should show in your PayPal Activity. but the timeframes are just a little different on each.

If you sent money to someone else through your PayPal account, the recipient should also see the transaction in their PayPal activity as well. If you paid via eCheck, the money may take 3-5 business days to clear to the intended recipient. 

if you added money to your PayPal account, it may take 3-5 days to clear from your bank to your PayPal balance. It may leave on day 1, but you normally won't see it in your PayPal balance for 3-5 business days.
