Refund not received into bank account - anyone know how to report this?

I received a large refund from AirBnB through my paypal account. On paypal, it says the money has been transferred to my bank account and shows as "completed". However, I received another refund on the same day that appeared immediately in my bank account. A week later, this refund still hasn't appeared. 

I called my bank and they said there is no refund pending. I have NO WAY of reporting this to paypal as every time I mention to their robot it's about a "refund" they give me the same spiel about it taking 5 working days but then no option for speaking to a real person if it has been LONGER than 5 working days and I have received CONFIRMATION from my bank it is not pending.

Any help would be really appreciated because I really need the money 😞

If you funded the original Paypal payment to the seller from your bank account or a card then once marked refunded/completed it will automatically go back to that bank account or card.
Normally it can take a few days up to a week to go back to a bank account. Paypal say allow 30 days for a card (1 billing cycle) but its rarely that long.
(Can vary according to country though).

Thanks for responding but not helpful at all. Firstly, I’m the one waiting for a refund, not the other way round. Secondly, you just copied and pasted the support article. I have already read this and explained in my original post that my bank has explicitly confirmed to me that no refunds are pending coming into my bank account. Query remains unresolved

Secondly I did not copy/paste from any article as I wrote that macro myself.

Lastly I could give you other options on what has happened but as I am unhelpful and just copy/pasting (not) then guess I won't bother.

Hey, sorry to hear that it happened to you. Recently, I have encountered the same problem as you with the Airbnb booking. Do you mind sharing if your problems got resolved or anything because I have waited for 2 weeks for the money refunded to my bank account. I called the bank and they said there are no any pending refund amount to my bank account. Really appreciate if you could share your experience.
