im new to using paypal and generally being in morocco , during my stay i made an account Banque populaire and i already have money on my paypal account , but the two cards issued by the banc dont work , one just isnt eligeble and the other wont even get added to my account so the moeny in paypal is currently stuck inside and i need help getting it out
