Hello,
I've changed my primary phone number to a new number. However, when I wanted to do a transaction, it wanted to send the quick security check to my old phone number which is no longer active. How can I resolve this problem?

Hi @Arya323
Thank you for your post. I understand you are concerned as the old phone number is being presented to authenticate while transacting on your PayPal account. Please note, if you updated the phone number recently, I recommend you to try again after 48-72 hours as it takes upto 72 hours to get refreshed in our database. If it's more than 72 hours since you had updated you phone number, please contact our support team to get it fixed. You will find our contact details by clicking Help & Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page. You can also reach us on Facebook www.Facebook.com/PayPal or on Twitter @AskPayPal.
Thank you
Manju
