Payment on Hold - Released

Hi! I had a payment on hold because I am new to PayPal, so customer service told me my payment would be released from hold on 04 August 2023, 3:36AM PDT. However, that time has passed and the transaction no longer shows on hold, but I do not see the money. Am I missing something? Thanks for any guidance.

I am sorry to know about the payment hold on your account. I know how important it is to have funds at the right time. PayPal may place a hold on funds for a variety of reasons, but you may have options to help release the funds sooner than the standard 21 days hold time. Since, it was told that payment would be released, please reach out to our PayPal Customer support team through the available contact options on our website to trace the funds.
