Bad Support for payment is hold due to security reason

Bad Support,

 

I have payment is hold due to security reason (as Support said) and they ask me to wait for 72 Hr which already passed and payment is still on Hold.

Until now no one it given a support.

Most the steps in URLs isn't available in the payment and support is already confirm that the account is Ok and no wrong in the payment.

I really wish that I have the chance or the Option to speed up or Update the transaction as it is pending Internally from our security system .
