Help please. Purchased 2/18. Merchant refunded $291.54 2/28. PayPal acknowledged receipt but never refunded to Amex. I have talked to the so-called customer service but no answers as to where my money is. Merchant sent me proof that the refund cleared their account. How do I get my refund from PayPal?
Thank you for sending this. I have contacted Customer Service 4 times. They tell me I will receive an email from them or they will call me back. Well, that hasn't happened.
Once again (third time) customer service lied. I was told again yesterday that a tracer would be opened and I would receive an email within the hour. Nada. I received an email on Feb 27 - "Your refund is on the way! Available in your card by February 27, 2024." NEVER HAPPENED. PayPal HAS STOLEN $291.54 FROM ME!
