Where do I find the option to get shipping costs refunded? I can’t find it anymore.

HI everyone how do I get shipping costs for returns refunded through PayPal ? We used to get 9 or so a year, I cna’t find them. Used to be in Resolution centre.

Paypal stopped the 'return shipping on us' option a while ago.
