Malfunction. Buyers send USD or GBP, then I receive HUF

Hello,
I send invoice (not PayPal invoice) to my buyers to send me USD or GBP.
In the near past I have received everything correctly in the currency I asked them to send me.
Since a while I always receice everything incorrectly in HUF instead of the requested GBP or USD.
The method is that I send an email manually and ask them to send the GBP or USD.
Then they log in and do the transfer, but PayPal steps in and illegally converts everything to my primary HUF currency.
This wrong attitude causes me a lot of illegal transactions and lot of accounting problems, that I have to solve one-by-one.
Really frustrating and cannot be reserved. There are no human agents and no options to contact the customer service. Only the irritating helpcenter articles without any resolution for the problem.
Does anyone know how to resolve this malfunction or contact any human agent from PayPal?
