I had to get a new bank debit card because I thought mine was lost. I linked this card to my account, which showed a fee, plus a percentage. Is that a one time fee, for linking?? I have sent money to Newfoundland, Canada before, and the fee for that has always been $4.99, however, today the fee was $11.49!! Is that because of a new card? Or, what is the deal?? There was no notification of a higher fee!
