I work for a UK company and we need to pay a US content creator $1,000.
I will ask them to invoice us, however, how much in USD should they invoice us, so they end up with $1,000USD AFTER fees that are taken from their side for accepting?
(We will be paying in GBP so there will be a conversion)
Also, does anyone know the exact fee percentage?

Why don't you just send him $1000 dollars to his paypal email address / account?
When you click to send it will tell you how much is deducted from your funding source in GBP.
If not then......
