I received money on PayPal, but it is yet to be transferred to my account.

I received a payment on the 4th of Jan and according to the Paypal guidelines it still hasn't been transferred to my bank account. Does anyone know what's wrong?

Do you have it set to direct deposit to your account? Made any transactions recently? Sometimes PayPal will hold the money if so

It is set to direct deposit to my account, and I have even received the amount the very next day it was sent.
this is the second time I'm complaining about this type of delay.
