I “instant” transferred money to my MC debit card and the money has not came through. I was also charged a fee. What can I do? My PayPal account has been used hundreds of times with no issues.
I understand your concern regarding the funds withdrawn from your PayPal account. All transfers are subject to review and could be delayed or stopped if we identify an issue. Review might take up to 72 hours, once the review is completed then funds will hit your bank account.
