I can't cancel automatic payment since it does not appear in my profile.

Hello everyone.
I have never used PayPal before. But on January 6, I decided to use the paid service described at the bottom of this page:

As it turned out, I had to pay for the services of the website owner through PayPal. I made the payment without having a PayPal account. I just entered my email address and credit card information.
After payment, I received an email with the subject line "Thank you for your payment to [Name of the site owner]". In the email itself, I was informed that from now on, $10 would be charged to my credit card every month. And it says that to cancel the subscription, you need to "Log in to your PayPal account, go to Profile, and click My money. Update your agreement in the "My pre-approved payments" section."
So, I created a PayPal profile with the same email, credit card number, and name that I used when making this payment. When I logged in, I saw that my list of subscriptions was completely empty. So, the advice from the email didn't work.
After that, I asked my bank to cancel this subscription. But they said they couldn't help me and advised me to contact PayPal support. I spent several hours searching the PayPal website for an option to contact the support team directly. But I did not find this option. I only saw the Help Center with ready-made texts on frequently asked questions.
This post is the last opportunity to talk to real people about my problem. I will be glad to meet here for any help. Thank you.
