If the information doesn't show, you can likely find it on the company's website. PayPal offers Buyer Protection on Goods & Services transactions in the event you do not receive an item or receive an item that is significantly not as described. I have the same problem.  There is no contact info in the activity for Lamoon Limited.  I was to receive an email from them when I purchased the product.  Never received an email.  No tracking info, no phone, no adress, NOTHING.    PayPal should investigate these companies that they get complaints on and not allow them to go through them.  It appears there are more scammers out there that use PayPal than any other site.  But I won't give my CC info to any website.

I totally understand your concern about your recent purchase. When you make a purchase using PayPal, you will always notified the details of the payment via email and the same can be seen in the activity page of your PayPal account. PayPal does review accounts regularly, and necessary actions will be taken towards the account if there's any concerns with security, violations of the User Agreement. No worries! If there's any issue with the purchase, PayPal purchase protection policy covers the payment and helps you to get refund if certain requirements are met. I placed my order, then noticed  my total bill was about 50% higher than the cart was shown. They had ADDED another product on the order, which I didn't want. 

Tried to contact them right away -- within minutes -- to say, "Hey, oops." 

NO CONTACT INFO ANYWHERE! No receipt from them. Nothing on the PayPal receipt. Feels highly suspicious

I'm sorry to see that this company is still getting away with this. Yes it is a scam! Go through PayPal for your refund and be ready to wait and repeat, wait and repeat. It took months for it to get fixed because there was no way of reaching them. Copy and sent any information you have in.
