No "Get My Money" Button or anywhere to add shipping information

I have the email that says I got a payment, I've been in contact with the gentlemen I'm selling and sending a laptop too, all day. He got the same email saying the payment is pending and all of that. But so far the invoice still says unpaid and there is nowhere I can find to add shipping information or anything like that. Do I just respond to the email I got with the tracking information? I'm sending this laptop tomorrow so I need to figure this out tonight
