Hi PayPal Community,
I understand that when receiving funds from overseas in my local currency ($AUD) that I will be charged fees due to the person paying € using their Credit Card. I originally requested them to pay $377.91AUD (€241.13), but instead of receiving the full amount, a fee of $13.90AUD was charged and I ended up receiving $364.01AUD. Is there any way to calculate exactly the amount to be paid in fees? I am about to request $303.37AUD, but I suspect the same thing will happen again, and Fees will be taken out from this request as well.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

If they use the 'refund' option and not the 'send money' option then you should get a full refund.
The only charges may be currency conversion if the rates have changed since you made the payment.
