I am making a collectibles purchase from a seller overseas (Japan). I am located in the United States. Because Japan has a limit (1m Y) on receiving per transaction, I would need to break the purchase into two separate goods and services transactions. In the unfortunate event of any issues, is this safe to do? I appreciate any help on this topic. Thank you.
