Can you transfer balance In Google Play account to PayPal?

Is there a way to transfer a Google Play balance to PayPal?

I had a Google Pay gift card and somehow the balance got transferred to Google Play

and I really  don't use anything on Google Play.

Thank you for your post! I understand your concern. Please be informed that Google Play balance can be transferred to an account at a bank or digital wallet. The only way to add money to a PayPal account would be through a connected bank account.
