I see you're looking to add money from your gift card to your PayPal account. You can only add money to your PayPal balance from your linked bank account. You can see the transfer money option in the 'Wallet' page of your PayPal account. You don't have to add money to your PayPal account to buy something or send money. Simply add your bank account or card to your PayPal account and choose it at the checkout to send money or purchase online. If you've a linked bank/card, PayPal will take money directly from your bank/card when you make the purchase.
