Redeem Celsius crypto claim from Paypal when based in Puerto Rico

I have received my celsius claim codes for recovering my ETH and BTC from celsius but was unable to retrieve these codes on my paypal account. Paypal sends me an "invalid code" notice, although my paypal and celsius credentials match. I suspect it is because I am based in Puerto Rico and for Celsius recoveries, Paypal does not consider this location a US one. Has anyone faced the same problem and managed to solve it with Paypal?

Hi. I’m from PR. I was able to claim my ETH code but had no luck with the BTC code. It kept giving the invalid code message

Thanks for your response. May I ask if you were able to talk to someone from Paypal and resolve your BTC issue? I was not able to talk to a Paypal representative on the matter, the chat would always direct me to the FAQ.
