PayPal Direct Debit, How it works... (DIRECT DEPOSIT)
- If you have enrolled in Direct Deposit, you can pay bills for goods and services like utilities, subscriptions, and memberships using your PayPal Balance account.
- These Direct Debit payments are set up and authorized on a third party merchant's website or mobile application.
- Direct Debit payments transactions occur over the ACH network using your Bancorp routing and account number.
- If you want to cancel a Direct Debit payment, you can contact the merchant or reach out to customer service at least 3 business days prior to enable a stop payment. See PayPal User Agreement for more information.
- Direct Debit payments are not eligible for the PayPal Purchase Protection Program.
What Happens if there's no Funds in your PayPal Account and you've setup a Payment to be withdrawn from PayPal? Do they automatically withdraw Funds from your Default Linked Card?
