Am I at risk of a scam if the buyer has provided their own DHL shipping label?

he has sent me the money and I have received it, the guy seems legit and has sent the label using his own store email, yet I'm apprehensive to actually send the merchandise

Hi @kevinadums,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the community!
I definitely understand your caution. Whenever a buyer wants to do something out of the ordinary, it's best to examine your risks. There's a risk when using a label created by the other party, because if they decide to, they have the ability to change the destination while it's in transit. Should that happen, your Seller Protection would be impacted. I would recommend only using your own labels, and always send to the address listed in the transaction details.
I hope this helps, and I know you'll do great at protecting yourself in the future!
Olivia
