Paypal refuses to *complain

I just filed a complaint about an order.
today 19th March 2022, is the 180th day

paypal clearly states, 19th March is the deadline for complaints
but paypal refused to appeal?

Ps: Sorry for my poor English

I'm so sorry to hear that your complaint was not accepted. It seems like the calculation of the 180 days fell on the same day that you tried to file the complaint, and it may be that the time of day influenced the determination of that limit. It's always best to open a dispute as soon as it is known that there is a problem with the purchase, if the seller has not been responsive or helpful. 

 

I hope this information helps you to avoid any future losses.
