Address Keeps Changing

Every time I'm on a website when I'm paying with PayPal and it shows the address my address is always wrong. How do I permanently change it? I was buying some shoes on JCPenny.com and I payed with Paypal. When my address came up it was wrong but I fixed it on the PayPal website so I don't understand why it's changing when I go to purchase items on a website.

I understand that you are concerned about the shipping address on your PayPal account. If you haven’t sent your payment yet, you can change the shipping address within the same country when you send money for a purchase.

Here’s how to change your shipping address: 
When you are reviewing the payment details, click the dropdown under “Your Shipping Address”,  select your shipping address or click to +Add a new shipping address and click Save if you added a new shipping address.

Review the details and then click Send Payment Now. I hope this information helps.

One more thing to note - If you're seeing the address come up on any merchant's website after you've added the new one in your PayPal account, it could be that it is saved as a hidden address. Hidden addresses are addresses that were added via a merchant's site rather than directly on your PayPal account. If it keeps coming up, contact Customer Service and let them know that you'd like to remove the hidden address, and they can take care of that for you. Once removed, it should not come up again unless the specific merchant on whose site it was added kept the address in a profile that you created there. To contact Customer Service, click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website to see your contact options.
