I have a PayPal.me link that is specific to my company. The problem is I have it attached to my personal PayPal account however I need to use it for a new business account that is already established.
If I delete my personal account will my PayPal.me link become available to use on my business account? If yes, how long after I delete the account.

No. A PayPal.Me link cannot be transferred to another account. Customer Support agents may be able to delete your PayPal.Me link so that you can then create a new one though.
