will I get a refund on a closed card

Hello.

I bought a 125 dollar product on eBay but due to troubles with the order I decided to get a refund.

unfortunately during that time a hacker broke into my paypal account and tried to spend a lot of money. I changed my password and close my card so no one could have access to it anymore.

Today I got my refund but I'm not sure if the money will go in since no one has access to that card anymore. Please help!

I understand your concern about receiving the refund to closed card. Due to banking regulations, refunds will be credited to the cards used at the time of payment. Even the card you paid with is closed or invalid, the money will still be credited to your credit card account. You have to contact your card issuer to get your money.
