i was sent 150$ but received 132$ , that's more than 10% of the money is this normal? i'm in Egypt and money was sent from the US
it's worth mentioning that when someone sends me in usd it tells him that i receive in euro then reconverts it to usd which is my primary currency so idon't know why it's doing that but it might be losing me money this way.
