what Email address document to submit?

Hi,

I have a pending transaction that has the shipping address different from I have registered in paypal as it is a gift.

Now, I have been asked to submit email address document, but I am not sure what kinda document I shall submit ?

Could any one to help?

I understand your concern about the pending transaction with different shipping address in your account. We cannot change the shipping address for the pending/completed payments, you can only update it at the time of check out. You can contact the merchant to request a refund. Once the payment is refunded, you can re-initiate the payment with the correct shipping address.
