bank transfer not received

I made a bank transfer to my paypal account on February 28th - as it not yet in balance I contacted Paypal, give them all the details, IBAN, bank account, email, date of transfer and TRN.. they say they cannot track the transfer with TRN.. they asked for a transaction number which contains 17 alphanumeric characters here in PayPal .. but they sent you as confirmation only when money are in your account.. how can I solve this issue, how is possible they cannot track payment with the TRN?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent transfer to your PayPal account. Normally, we would only recommend initiating the movement funds to PayPal from the function inside your PayPal account, detailed here: How do I add money to my PayPal account?
If you initiated the transfer from your bank's end, we would recommend continuing to work with your bank to locate - and if necessary reverse - the funds.
